After an absence from the SWPP Monthly awards for

After an absence from the SWPP Monthly awards for a while I entered last month and, just like London Busses, after waiting for an award for so long, two came along at once! I got a gold for Commissioned Portrait of a very energetic Shih Tsu I had in the studio a little while ago. I also got a Highly Commended for a very elegant shot of @julia.skar at the Crossness Pumping station! There’s also another image on my Panikosphotoart page from my recent trip to Iceland.

I’m delighted to say that I’ve managed to win the @londonportraitgroup Photographer of the year award once again! Here are some of the photos that were successful. All of them were photographed in my studio in Winchmore Hill. Another fabulous SWPP Convention over, another great day of learning both for my group (as you can see they were still happy - and awake 😂 - after 90 minutes of me talking about lighting and posing) as well as so many others taking place at the Novotel Hammersmith!
